Terms of Service

FirstVoid designs and operates websites, applications, and AI lead-response systems, including missed-call text-back, booking, follow-up, and reporting. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are agreed with you in writing before work begins. Prices shown on this site are indicative and may change.

We describe outcomes our systems are designed to produce, such as faster lead response and more booked appointments. These are illustrations, not promises. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, demand, pricing, staffing, and how you use the system. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, revenue, or return on investment.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive messages from FirstVoid related to your request, such as audit results, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and HELP for help.
• Consent to messaging is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

When we operate a messaging system on behalf of a client, that client is the sender responsible for obtaining consent from, and honoring opt-outs by, their own customers.

Our systems can connect to third-party tools such as Google Calendar, Calendly, Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outlook, Slack, Twilio, and Zapier. Availability of any integration depends on your plan and on the third party's API access, terms, and pricing. Google Calendar and Calendly are supported by default; other integrations are scoped and confirmed during onboarding. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make to their platforms.

You agree not to use our site or services to:

• Break any law or regulation, including messaging, privacy, and consumer-protection rules.
• Send messages to people who have not consented, or after they have opted out.
• Infringe the rights of others or transmit harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Except where an engagement states otherwise, you own the deliverables and assets we build for you once fees are paid in full. FirstVoid retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how used to deliver the work. This site's content and branding remain the property of FirstVoid.

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstVoid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which FirstVoid operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
